What are your morning rituals? What does the first hour of your day look like?

My rituals vary a bit.  It depends on how I feel day to day.  M-F I wake up and hit the snooze button a time or two on the alarm clock. I scroll social media for a while.  I get out of bed and make myself presentable for the outside world. 😴⏰😧…🪥🧼🪮 💄

On a good day when I get out of bed earlier than usual I get some cardio in on my exercise bike.  I often take time to say prayers in the morning.  I would like to be more consistent in these areas. 🚴🏿🌞🛐

I take care of other miscellaneous tasks.  Then I drive to work.  🗓️📨📬📱…💲🛣️💼🖥️☕
