What makes a teacher great?

A great teacher is a combination of knowledge, organization and soft skills.   Unfortunately, administrative skills and knowledge are not valued and rewarded like they should be. 

Solid communication skills

Solid understanding of the material

Enthusiasm for the material

Organizational and planning skills

Emotional intelligence and empathy

Creativity
