I watched “Everything Everywhere All at Once” last week. I didn’t care for this movie at all. I don’t like movies where the plot shifts between parallel realities. It’s hard for me to follow those storylines and that’s what this film does. I didn’t like “Inception” or “The Matrix” and “Everything Everywhere All at Once” is worse than both of those.

It’s hard to describe this film. The title describes it pretty well. The central character is Evelyn. Evelyn is a middle aged woman that runs a laundromat with her husband. Her life is hectic but it seems to be learned controlled chaos. Evelyn transcends alternate realities and fantastic things happen. The characters do a lot of kung fu. That’s the best description I can give.
Michelle Yeoh was the star of this film. She won an Oscar for her work as did Jamie Lee Curtis in a supporting role. The movie won seven Oscars total as well as other prestigious awards. A lot of people obviously like this movie but I am not one of them and I can’t recommend it. I didn’t like it at all and I missed the point completely.
